Products: No refunds, returns, or replacements for BlessKit or BlessKit Plus, even for defects or BlessNote errors. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a case-by-case review (no remedy guaranteed). 


Services: No refunds for the Blessing Ceremony, except for delays exceeding 30 days (not caused by unapproved content). 


Cancellations: Full refunds (minus fees) if requested before the ceremony is scheduled.

You can request cancellations or modifications (e.g., BlessNote or delivery) before the ceremony is scheduled by emailing support@blesstie.com. Modifications may incur fees, and cancellations after scheduling aren’t allowed. 

No. BlessKit, BlessKit Plus, BlessNote, and the Blessing Ceremony are for cultural/personal purposes. There’s no evidence of specific outcomes, and we’re not liable for results. 

BlessNote is a handwritten message card that is highly customizable using our customization form. Our staff prepares the BlessNote according to your preferences and displays it in a video to ensure the ceremony is not pre-recorded.

For BlessNote, you can choose: 

  • Option 1: Submit custom content (subject to word limits and our review). 
  • Option 2: Use default words provided by us. 
  • Option 3: Leave the BlessNote blank.

Yes, we may reject content we deem inappropriate (e.g., seditious, illegal, hateful, obscene, or defamatory) at our discretion. We’ll notify you, explain why, and allow resubmission or selection of another option. 


Rejection does not entitle you to a refund for the Blessing Ceremony, as outlined in our Product and Service Policy (Sections 2 and 6). 

If you miss deadlines, we may reschedule the Blessing Ceremony to the next available date. Or, we may use default words or a blank BlessNote, at our discretion.

Yes, as BlessNotes are handwritten, errors like wrong or missing words may occur. We aim for accuracy but don’t guarantee error-free preparation. Errors don’t entitle you to refunds or replacements. 

We take great care to ensure your privacy is protected.


Your customized BlessNote content (Option 1) is shared only with designated professionals and our staff who prepare the BlessNote and conduct the Blessing Ceremony, under strict confidentiality obligations. We do not distribute or share your content further unless you provide explicit consent for promotional purposes (e.g., for use on our website or social media). If you choose not to receive a physical BlessNote card, we securely shred it after the ceremony, and digital copies are deleted upon completion, unless retained for promotional use with your consent. For more details, see our Privacy Policy (Sections 3 and 8).

Ceremonies are currently on the 1st and 16th of each month, but this may change.

Yes, due to inclement weather, unpredictable events, or professional availability. We’ll notify you, provide a timeline, and reschedule. 

No. We’re a commercial business, neutral in religious or political disputes. We don’t verify religious practices or endorse beliefs.

The blesstie Foundation is a planned non-profit charity fund to support initiatives like community welfare, education, or cultural preservation. It’s under administrative approval, with establishment targeted for Q4 2026. For more details, see our blesstie Foundation Policy.

No. While we’re committed to funding the foundation with 12% of our annual pre-tax profits permanently, we don’t guarantee specific charitable results or impacts.
